Rainbow Room is an extension of the Rainbow platform developed by Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Specifically designed for Android TVs, it transforms plain old meeting rooms into high-performing, cost-effective and flexible virtual conference rooms. My scope of work
My colleague and I were both Product Managers responsible for Rainbow Room. My colleague was accountable for the hardware, with the goal of expanding device compatibilities. On my side, I was responsible for the video and collaboration features that enhance the overall videoconferencing experience of the product, while recognising the importance of adapting these features to different personas and use cases.
