Delicorner

Head of Product · July 2024 → Present · Paris

I joined Delicorner at a pivotal stage of its growth, with significant challenges around operational scalability, international expansion and the modernisation of business-critical platforms. Beyond the transformation of our product ecosystem, a major part of my mission has been to build and establish a strong Product function within the organisation. This involved driving a shift in mindset, helping leadership move from viewing Product & Technology primarily as operational support functions to recognising them as strategic growth enablers. Alongside the redesign of our core platforms, I am working to position Product as a key driver of differentiation, customer retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. My long-term vision is to expand the role of Product beyond operational excellence by creating new customer-facing experiences, increasing stickiness and unlocking additional revenue streams.

Internal product transformation

Delicorner is undergoing a large-scale transformation aimed at preparing the company for its next stage of growth, operational scalability and international expansion.

At the heart of this transformation is the redesign of two business-critical products from a blank-sheet approach: the company's core operational platform, which orchestrates day-to-day activities across business and operational teams, and the mobile application supporting order preparation and fulfilment operations in the field.

Years of accumulated technical debt, evolving business processes and ambitious growth objectives made incremental improvements no longer sustainable. Beyond modernising legacy systems, the goal is to redesign workflows, redefine target operating models and build scalable products capable of supporting future growth, service innovation and international expansion.

This transformation is complemented by the modernisation of the company's technology ecosystem through the integration of strategic platforms such as HubSpot, Pennylane and GoCardless, strengthening operational efficiency, data reliability and decision-making capabilities across the organisation.

Customer-facing products: Corner Digital 2.0

Corner Digital 2.0 is Delicorner's next-generation customer platform designed to transform how office managers interact with our services. More than a management tool, it aims to create a seamless and personalised digital experience that strengthens customer engagement while reducing operational friction.

The platform introduces a self-service approach to managing workplace food programmes, giving customers greater autonomy, visibility and control over their experience. Beyond operational efficiency, Corner Digital has been designed as a strategic growth lever, supporting personalisation, customer retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities while reinforcing Delicorner's premium market positioning.

The long-term vision is to evolve the platform into a central touchpoint within the customer journey, increasing stickiness, strengthening customer relationships and enabling new value-added services over time.
